"removing rubbish that obstructed and Praetorian gateway" (1)
(of the Roman fort Manchester). Dimensions 15 ins by 11 ins, see
illustration (2).

It was in the possession of Dr Charles White until his death in
1813 but since lost (1). (1-2)
