| Summary : The cropmark of a probable Bronze Age ring ditch can be seen on aerial photographs taken in 1959. This ring ditch is approximately 35m in diameter. This is one of 16 closely spaced barrows in an area measuring approximately 4 hectares situated near Cuttenham Farm in a field south of the river Avon. Within the outer ditch is a second ring ditch that measures approximately 24m in diameter. These cropmarks show through the slight remains of the mound visible on lidar. |
