Summary : Terrace of five houses built in 1829-30. Designed by Thomas Oliver for Richard Grainger. Each house is of two-storeys and three-bays with stucco to the front. The left end has a bowed projection and the right end, number 26 Terrace Place, has a similar bow. The builing has a central panel inscribed with LEAZES CRESCENT.
