More information : SK 381 910. Roman Ridge ; section 180yds (160m) long on SE slopes of Wincobank Hill. Scheduled. (1) (SK 378 907 - SK 382 911) Dyke represented by a bank (2) Steep natural scarp accentuated by agriculture probably represents the course but no identifiable trace of the ridge remains (3) The area is covered by modern housing on the OS 1:10000 map of 1973. The accuracy of the scheduling must, therefore, remain in doubt. (4)
