Little Sarnesfield, house, is of two storeys, timber framed, and
faced with later brick-work, with a slate roof. It was built
probably in the 14th century and consists of a central hall with
cross wings at the north and south ends. The hall was later
divided into two storeys, and there are 18th century and modern
additions on the east. The timber framed barn, north of the
house is probably of early 17th century date. (2-3)
