More information : (SO 40315157) The Unicorn (NR). (1) Unicorn Inn was built in the 17th century and has a long wing used as a barn, on the N side. The timber framing is exposed. SO 40325157 The original block of the Unicorn is a fine example of a 17th century Inn. Now an hotel, the establishment has been extended to take in the adjoining contemporary houses to the west. (2) The whole is in good condition and unchanged since the RCHM photograph was taken but it is not really outstanding in a village of many fine black and white buildings. (3)

Unicorn Inn, Weobley. House, now inn. Late C17 with some Mid C20 repairs. Timber-frame with rendered infill on a coursed rubble plinth under a slate roof. Interior has a C17 staircase with splat balusters. Grade II (see list for details). (6)
