Summary : Tower house, of 14th century date, with attached farmhouse and barn. The farmhouse was probably built in the late 14th/early 15th century and has been altered and extended subsequently. The barn is probably an 18th century adaptation of an earlier wing.
More information : (NY 4510 0422) Kentmere Hall (NR) (1) Kentmere Hall is a possibly late 14th or early 15th century house with later additions, incorporating a ruined 14th century pele-tower at the W end (2) Gde II (3). The derelict peel tower and adjoining Farmhouse, still known as Kentmere Hall, are as described. (4) Kentmere Hall. Tower house, of 14th century date, with attached farmhouse and barn.
