The Noad is a 17th century, two storey house with exposed timber
framing and a modern addition on the west. The barn, east of the
house is also 17th century, partly weather boarded and partly with
interlacing slats. (2)

Noad Farmhouse. Late 18th century, extended mid-late 19th century. Timber frame, red brick infill. Grade 2. (3)
