Summary : Prehistoric hut circle field, system and cairns on Sourton Tors. The hut circle lies within an area of at least three fields defined by rubble banks 1.5m wide and 0.4m high. Four cairns lie within the field system, two are oblong and attatched to the boundary banks, the others are circularThe largest is 6m long, 4m wide and 0.7m high and represents a burial cairn incorporated into the field system. The other three cairns are thought ot be clearance cairns. The hut circle measures 2.3m internally with walls 1.4m wide and 0.3m high. Scheduled.
