Summary : A single storey late 19th century building, probably a workshop. It has a wide-gabled slate roof, and large windows with segmental heads. The interior has a flag floor, queen-strut trusses and evidence of former line shafting. There is no evidence of a power source. A 2 storey cottage, early to mid 19th century in date, stands nearby.
