Summary : Fire station, located on a corner site, it has three and a half storeys and mansard roof, it is constructed from ashlar to the ground floor and brick to the upper floors. To Division Street there five bays with double doors. To the third floor there are fire insurance plaques for Sun Life Assurance, and Notts and Derby Insurance Company, and the Crest for Sheffield City Council, dated 1929. To Rockingham Street there is a seven window range. The corner is canted with a fire insurance plaque for West Minster Insurance Company.
