A possible Second World War road block associated with Moreton in Marsh airfield is visible on aerial photographs taken in 1947, and has been mapped by English Heritage's Gloucestershire NMP. The road block site comprises an earthwork obstruction in the roadway, two or three small support structures and a possible gun emplacement, located on the public road that runs along the northern side of the airfield.
