Summary :
The North Devon Crematorium was built in 1966 for the Joint Committee of North Devon and Torridge District Councils. It was designed by Harold R W Orr and built by Y J Lovell (Western) Limited. This is the last of the five crematoria designed by Orr and is a miniture version of Chilterns Crematorium in Amersham (HOB UID 1512727). There is a separate Chapel of Memory and theGarden of Rest is laid out over three levels.
