Summary : Castellated country house constructed circa 1820-28 by Ignatius Bonomi incorporating the core of the 18th century Harraton Hall. An extension was added to the house by 1860, this was demolished in 1932. Further work took place on the house in 1862-65. It is constructed of ashlar sandstone with Welsh slate roofs. |
