Summary : Earthwork remains of a Bronze Age small stone cairn. It measures 7m in diameter and 0.4m in height, the centre has been excavated and larger stones are visible here.
More information : [NZ 6749 1377] Probable B.A. tumulus 7.0m diam. and 0.6m high. Gorse covered with a few large stones near its perimeter. No ditch. (1) Surveyed at 1/2500. (2) (NZ 67491377) Mound (NR) (3) 0379 Ticksey Howe, Skelton NZ 6749 1377 Situated at 250m O.D. on a slight rise facing to the north-east is a small stone cairn. It measures 7m in diameter and 0.4m in height, the centre has been excavated and larger stones are visible here. (4)
