Summary : Three Bronze Age barrows, One s a bowl or bell barrow 11.5 metres in Diameter and 1.6 metres high. There is no sign of a berm, but there is a surrounding ditch is 1.2 metres wide and 0.3 metres deep, with a small slit trench dug into the north side of the ditch. The second is a bowl barrow 21 metres in diameter1.9 metres high. There is a slight depression in the top of the mound. A surrounding ditch is 1.4 metres wide and 0.3 metres deep, and again has a small slit trench dug into it on north side. The third is also a bowl barrow, it is 14.5 metres in diameter and 1.6 meters high. There is no trace of berm or ditch. There has been slight mutilation in the top where a concrete slab has been sunk to hold a flagstaff. Part of a larger group (see SY 98 NW 2 and 3). Scheduled.

'B' Dimensions: Diam. 22 yards. Height 5'6". Shallow narrow ditch.
Undisturbed.

'A' Dimensions: Diam 32 yards. Height 6'-7'. Centre slightly
disturbed. Well marked ditch 4 yards wide, 1 1/2 - 2' deep.(2)

Three barrows lettered A, B, & C.

'A'Diameter 11.5 metres; height 1.6 metres. No sign of a berm, but
a surrounding ditch is 1.2 metres wide and 0.3 metres deep, with
a small slit trench dug into the north side of the ditch. No
appearance of any excavation in the top. Heather covered. Probably
a bowl barrow. (3)

'B' Diameter 21.0 metres; height 1.9 metres. No visible berm,
but a slight depression exists in the top of the mound. A
surrounding ditch is 1.4 metres wide and 0.3 metres deep, and has
a small slit trench dug into it on N side. Heather covered;
probably a bowl barrow.

'C' Diameter 14.5 metres; height 1.6 metres. No trace of berm or
ditch. Slight mutilation in the top where a concrete slab has been
sunk to hold a flagstaff. Bracken covered; probably a bowl barrow.

Three round barrows: (C) Bowl (90238727) near edge of slope falling
steeply N. Diam. about 50ft., ht. 5ft.

(A) Ditched bowl or bell (90309724) 76 yards E.S.E. of (C). Diam.,
including possible berm on N., 61ft ht 6 1/2ft., with ditch 7ft
wide and 1ft deep cut by modern ditch on S. Disturbed on top.

(B) Ditched bowl (90328727) 50 yards NE of (A) at end of spur.
Diam. 38ft., ht. 5 1/2ft., with ditch 6 1/2 wide and up to 1 ft deep.
