Somerset
Somerset West and Taunton
Withypool and Hawkridge

Summary : A possible shrunken hamlet is visible as earthworks on air photos around Westwater Farm.
More information : SS 852328. Earthworks around the present farmstead of Westwater
indicated by McDonnell (? seen on air photographs) are possibly
indicative of a change of site or shrinkage from a hamlet to a
farmstead. (Aston's NGR would appear to be incorrect as Westwater
