Summary : A Second World War earthen mound is visible as an earthwork and formed the eastern end of a the target railway (SS 94 NW 114) at East Myne.
More information : Centred at SS 93293 48274 is an earthen mound forming the eastern end of a WWII target railway at East Myne. The mound is densely overgrown by gorse but approximate dimensions are 38 m by 26 m and it stands 3.7 m high. The mound may have served as protection for the eastern end of the target railway and its operators. (1)
