More information : TM 339890. A six-storey tower mill was built in 1830 at Bungay. It had four patent sails, a fantail, boat shaped cap, three pairs of stones, a dresser and a jumper. There was a stage at the second floor level. It ceased work in 1918 after being struck by lightning. It was subsequently converted into a house and the top storey was removed. It has been converted into a residence with an altered roof and without its sails. Grade 2. (3)
