Summary : A granite built mill building, with a slate roof, and in good condition externally with the appearance of a 19th century date. It retains the remains of a wood-framed overshot mill wheel on the W. side, supplied by a leat from the W., the mill stream joining Newlyn Coombe stream on the E. Recorded by the Ordnance Survey as a corn mill.

A granite built mill building, with a slate roof, and in good condition externally with the appearance of a 19th century date. It retains the remains of a wood-framed overshot mill wheel on the W. side, supplied by a leat from the W., the mill stream joining Newlyn Coombe stream on the E. The wheel is similar to that of Alsia (SW 32 NE 123).
