It retains the remains of a wood-framed overshot mill wheel on the W. side, supplied by a leat from the W., the mill stream joining Newlyn Coombe stream on the E. Recorded by the Ordnance Survey as a corn mill. |

A granite built mill building, with a slate roof, and in good condition externally with the appearance of a 19th century date. It retains the remains of a wood-framed overshot mill wheel on the W. side, supplied by a leat from the W., the mill stream joining Newlyn Coombe stream on the E. The wheel is similar to that of Alsia (SW 32 NE 123). Correctly depicted on the OS 25". (4)
