More information : (SW 82483842) Cross (NR) (1) A wheelhead cross standing on a modern base near the south porch of St Feock church. It is the old church-yard cross in situ, described by Langdon as "an interesting example of the transistion between the earlier crosses and those which are entirely Gothic", see illustration; probably 18th century (4). The figure in relief on the NW face wears a now mutilated crown actually on the bead which is possibly later than the figure itself. The SE face is described by Langdon as a "foliated Gothic cross of a beautiful design." Width of head 1ft 6ins; shaft 4ft high and 1ft wide. HHR Grade 2.
