Terrace by Wightwick, 1836. 3 storeys and dormer. 2 windows each. South Side, facing the Hoe:- stucco, balustered parapet, bracketed cornice, bands, rusticated ground floor. Architraves
round headed to 1st floor, which has curved cast iron balconies. Slate mansard roof. Nos 1 and 8 projecting end blocks of 3 windows (centre dummy), enclosed of 1st floor by Corinthian half columns supporting entablature with vases and resting on projected ground floor, Nos 4 and 5 at centre projecting with further projection of centre piece of 3 windows (centre dummy) treated as at end blocks. North side, entrance front; stucco, parapet, cornice bands, 1st floor windows have cornice on brackets, solid porches coupled to centre, Nos 4 and 5.

The Listed buildings on The Promenade form a group. (1)
