SE 4818 8980. Round barrow 50m S of Gallow Hill. Scheduled RSM No 25513 (formerly NY/629b). The barrow stands 1.2m high with a diameter of 18m. There is a hole in its centre. (4)
A Bronze Age round barrow is visible as an earthwork on air photogrpahs, centred at SE 4818 8980. The barrow measures approximately 12m in diameter and is one of 8 (separately) recorded on the top western edge of the Kepwick and Boltby Moors. The earthwork appears extant on the latest 2009 vertical photographs. (5)
