Summary : The remains of a prehistoric cairn. It measures 18.0m by 16.3m and stands 0.3m high.

This barrow has been completely levelled and its site is now
heather-covered. (2)

The remains of a cairn lie on a slight shelf on the SW facing slope below the hill crest at SX53208370,384m above OD. A disturbed turf-covered patch of ground approximately 18.0m by 16.0m and no more than 0.3m high marks the surviving elements of this cairn which has been damaged by a slit trench dug into its west side.

A large slit trench and upcast bank lies to the south of the cairn.

The cairn is composed of sandstone,shales and soil and is covered by heather moorland. (3)

The ill-defined vestiges of this cairn lie under close-cropped moorland turf. A well used track skirts the eastern side. (5)
