Summary : A cist is alleged at this location but field investigation proved the remains to be natural features.
More information : (SX 65228807) Site of cist, four stones. (1)

At SX 65218806 are two large natural boulders of rectangular section, earthfast and about 1.0m high. A small intervening space has been hollowed by sheep. Nearby are two rocks at surface level. The whole is a natural formation and not a cist. The informtion probably originated from H H Breton, a correspondent c 1925 of dubious value. (2)
