More information : [SD 76926886] AUSTWICK HALL [G.T.]. (1) 'Austwick Hall is one of the several dwellings in the North which have developed from pele towers'. (2) Austwick Hall is said to incorporate the remains of a medieval house, but is much altered externally. (3) Austwick Hall has a 19th c. appearance with no external evidence of antiquity. See GP.
