Summary : The possible site of a medieval watermill. A mill is recorded as being attached to Kenilworth Castle in 1296, and there were two recorded mills in 1361. No trace of such a structure survives above ground.

One of the mills mentioned in 1361 as belonging to the manor of Kenilworth Castle lay 1/2 mile south of the other [SP 27 SE 2.35] on a tributary of the Finham Brook.
[Probaby refers to 1.] (2-3)

The field within which the siting symbol falls is described as Mill Mead [there is, however, no indication of a mill.] (4)

The course of the brook was perambulated but no trace of a mill was found. (5)
