Summary : Late 17th century country house of five bays and three storeys. Additions were carried out in 1765-7, 1778 and during the early 19th century.
More information : (SE 27240839) Cannon Hall (Museum and Art Gallery) (NAT) (1) II* Cannon Hall (Museum) Late C17. A house of 5 bays and 3 storeys. In 1765-7 two wings added, and heightened by one storey in early C19. In 1778 John Carr made interior and other alterations e.g. the entrance hall with its pillars. Interior; one room early C17 panelling, in others good C18 fireplaces. (2)
