Summary : A late 17th century house with alterations from the 18th to 20th century but with evidence in the fenestration that points to an earlier period of construction. The house is constructed of brick with slated roof and comprises two storeys with irregular five bay front and sloping buttress to the right.The building is situated east of the scheduled monument Castle Hill which was a moated site with later Civil War earthworks that may have been contemporary with the Manor House.
