More information : [SE 4737 4658] All Saints's Church [TU]. (1) All Saints' Church contains a very fine Norman doorway. The N. arcade is of late 12th cent.date. (2) A fragment of cross-shaft, built into the south wall of Wighill Church, was discovered during restoration and left exposed. It bears a ring-twist pattern incised with hacking, giving a date not earlier than 'A' style transitional. Late 9th c. (3) In normal use, No photograph of cross fragment obtainable.
