Summary : A former instructional building at Manby Airfield, a former Royal Air Force Station. It was probably built between 1936 and 1938. This military training site is situated to the south of the parade ground and features an internal courtyard with workshops to the east. In 2003 the building was recommended for consideration for Listed Building status.

In 2003 , English Heritage recommended that the former instructional building be consdered for possible furure Listed Building status, potentially at Grade II. (1)
