Listed Grade II

Mid-late C19 lodge of 2 storeys, one window. Tudor arched gateway. Probably by George Devey. [Architectural description]. (1)

Lodge, by the roadf to the North West. Dated 1840. Gothic. No doubt by J B Rebecca. Walls of Penshurst Place East of Penshurst Cottages, continue at right angles via a Tudor-style Gateway and Lodge by Devey but incorporating old work and a datestone of 1662. (2)
