Summary : A storehouse for gas detection and decontamination equipment at RAF Bicester technical site. The storehouse was built in 1938; it is built of brick with a flat concrete roof. The building was among those features suggested for potential inclusion in a possible conservation area by English Heritage report produced in May 2003.
More information : An English Heritage report notes the potential of the storehouse for inclusion in a possible conservation area at RAF Bicester. It describes the storehouse ("Building 143") as having being been built in 1938 "for the storage of gas detection and decontamination equipment." Its construction materials are noted as brick with a flat concrete roof. (1)
