Summary : House of the Commanding Officer of the garrison. Built in the late 18th century and extended circa 1830. There is exposed slate rubble on the ground floor, the west wing has granite quoins, the east wing is of limestone and the first floor is rendered. It is L-shape in plan, the east wing is the later extension.
