Having been abandoned and the crew saved by the Padstow lifeboat EDMUND HARVEY, assisted by the tug HELEN PEELE, the vessel was left to drift north to go ashore near Northcott Mouth am on a Thursday. The Bude life-saving brigade were called out but quickly realised there was no one aboard. She became a total wreck, large portions of her outfit being saved. Official Registered No LT-108.
