More information : A former woollen mill and warehouse, now an art gallery. The mill was built circa 1865 and incorporates the remains of East Brook House which was built in circa 1800 by Edmund Peckover. The house was of two storeys with an attic and basement. It was built of finely dressed ashlar. The remaining facade is set back to the north of the mill. The mill is of four storeys and is built of sandstone "brick". It features a pilastered entablature doorway to the centre of the bowed corner. The side facing Upper Park Gate has twelve bays and is plain. Grade II listed. (1-2)
The former mill is located in the area known as "Little Germany". (3)
