Summary : 30-38 Primrose Hill. A terrace of five houses designed in 1898 by Jonathan Simpson for William Hesketh Lever and built in 1899. The block is built in a south eastern vernacular style and is one of only three designed by Simpson. The houses are of two storeys, constructed of brick, stone and roughcast with tiled roofs. Plasterwork is by Charles Holden.
