Full description

'Christ Church. 1901 by C Hodgson Fowler. Decidedly Methodist-looking. Red brick with brick windows and a short NE tower.' [1]

The church contains two commemorative plaques to the fallen of the First and Second World Wars.

A white marble tablet is dedicated to the men of New Holland who fell in the Great War 1914-18. It is inscribed with 39 names.

A wood and metal plaque commemorates 9 names from the Second World War 1939-45. [2]

'Christ Church' printed and shown on the Ordnance Survey 25" 2nd edition map of 1908 [4]

An Ordnance Survey triangulation point is located somewhere on the church tower. [5]
