    Full description

    A substantial ditch feature curving around from the south to east side of Maple Hayes house. The feature was in existence by 1836. It appears to follow the route of the Lichfield Conduit Head towards the west. (SB, 20-Oct-2003) <1>

    The southern part of the ditch appears to have been transformed into two ornamental pools by 1887. (SB, 20-Oct-2003)<2>
