Summary : An incomplete peristalith is now the only remains of the Bronze Age round barrow with cist, Sleights Moor.
More information : (NZ 86870355) Greenland's Howe (Tumulus with Cist) (NR). (1) Greenland's Howe (NR). (2) An incomplete peristalith approximately 8.5m diameter and the long cist, 1.7m x 0.9m x 0.8m, are now the only remains of this barrow (see photographs). It is impossible to say whether, when complete, the covering mound was of earth or stone. Resurveyed at 1:2500 with enlargement. (3) NZ 869035.
