Summary : The World War Two Meteorological Section office at RAF Bicester technical site, built to a 1939 design. Constructed of brick, it was originally intended to be a temporary building. An English Heritage report produced in 2003 suggested that the building could be included in a possible conservation area at the RAF Bicester site.
More information : An English Heritage report produced in May 2003 noted the Meteorological Section office ("Building 104") in the buildings suggested for possible inclusion in a potential conservation area. The report describes the office as a 1939 design "built of 'temporary brick' characteristic of WWII airfield architecture". (1)
