A large L-shaped building of several periods. The north wing is C14 and is of squared flints. This was originally the Table Hall to Christchurch Monastery. Paving in front of No 18 early C19. Water tank situated in front of No 18 C18. Wall between No 18 and the Cathedral is Georgian. (1) (TR 15205796) Refectory [NR]. (2) The Table Hall, which adjoins the north-east corner of the Infirmary Hall, is now the Choir House. It retains its original King-post roof, probably built in the third quarter of the 13th century, and some fine 14th century traceried windows.
